Why we are building it
Property advice is often fragmented. The decision should not be.
Important property facts are usually split across deeds, government records, spreadsheets, broker conversations and professional opinions. Owners are left to reconcile them while a sale, lease, documentation issue or development decision is already moving.
Vybe’s role is to make that record usable: what is known, what conflicts, what is missing and which question belongs with which professional.
The product does not replace a lawyer, valuer, tax adviser, architect or licensed investment professional.
